Project Update: The Pier Park pool, bathhouse, and splash pad are closed for the entire Summer 2026 season for a full reconstruction. The new aquatic facility — lap pool, splash pad, kiddie pool, and modernized bath house — is expected to open for Summer 2027. Your brick will be part of the new walkway.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I put on my brick?

Names, family messages, dedications, or short tributes. Spaces and punctuation count toward the character limit on each line. Messages containing profanity, offensive content, or hate speech will not be approved.

What if my message isn’t approved?

The City reviews all submissions for length and content. If your message can’t be approved, you will receive a full refund.

When will my brick be installed?

Bricks are engraved in batches and installed as part of the walkway construction ahead of the Summer 2027 reopening.

Is my contribution tax-deductible?

The Grosse Pointe Farms Foundation is a 501(c)(3). Contributions may be tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor and keep your receipt.
